I am an innovative, energetic contributor with 10 years of professional experience
complemented by a Masters degree in Computer Science and professional certifications. I am
skilled in solution and integration architecture, full software life-cycle management,
and a range of software development technologies. I have a proven ability
to design and deliver high-quality, multi-tier, enterprise-class software solutions, from inception to deployment,
on time and within budget.
Currently, I work full-time as a senior software developer at Troux Technologies in Austin, TX.
As a member of the agile development team, I design and deliver functionality for our core product line which focuses
on enterprise architecture and business transformation.
Before joining Troux Technologies, I was an integration architect and software developer in the Global Solution Center at IBM in Dallas, TX.
As a member of the public sector leadership team, my work mainly involved designing and implementing government
industry solution prototypes.
Before joining IBM, I was a systems analyst in the Division of Finance
Software Development Team at Texas A&M University in
College Station, TX. Hired as one of three founding members, I helped shape the direction of the new group
by establishing sound software engineering practices, quality assurance standards, and project management
strategies. While at Texas A&M, I successfully implemented and deployed over 15 different applications, varied in scope from
large financial applications to small dynamic web sites.
Before returning to College Station, I was a technical consultant at
Trilogy, an enterprise software development
firm headquartered in Austin, Texas. I successfully deployed a business-to-business e-commerce solution
for Alltel which was recognized as one of the top 5 of over 100 projects
based on customer success. I also modeled configuration of high-end servers and storage products
as part of a multi-million dollar project for Compaq.
